How long does a tile shower take?
A tile shower usually takes one to two weeks including the waterproofing and cure windows the materials require. Mud beds, membranes, thinset, and grout each need set time before the next step, and rushing those steps is how showers fail. We build the cure days into the written schedule so the finish date you get is one we can keep.
Can you fix cracked or failing tile?
Yes, we repair and rebuild failing tile, and we start by finding out why it failed. Cracked floor tile usually points to movement or a substrate problem, and loose shower tile often means water got behind it. We fix the cause first, then retile, because new tile over a bad base fails the same way again.
